DELIVERY DELAY

They are counted in working days from the date of validation of the Order, as long as the address of the Order has been correctly entered.

Shipping time is 24-48 hours

On average, delivery time is 7 to 15 days in France, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Allow between 20 and 30 working days for delivery outside these countries.

It is specified that orders registered on the website www.klsportswear.com on Saturday or Sunday are processed the following Monday. Orders placed on the website www.klsportswear.com on a public holiday other than Saturday and Sunday are also processed the following business day.

During your payment if you provide us with a wrong postal address or an incomplete address which causes the transport company to make an error on the place of delivery, no refund, or any other compensation, can be requested from KL SPORTSWEAR by the Buyer.

If the transport company confirms delivery to your mailbox,no refund, or any other compensation, may be requested from KL SPORTSWEAR by the Buyer. Please inquire with your local post office if there is loss or theft after deposit in the mailbox.

It being noted that in certain countries, customs fees may be impacted by the Buyer. The amount of these customs fees is set by the customs authorities and that KL SPORTSWEAR cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the payment of this tax when sending the Order to the Buyer, the payment of this tax having to be been paid by the Buyer so that he can receive his Order.

No refund, or any other compensation, may be requested from KL SPORTSWEAR by the Buyer due to the absence of delivery resulting from non-payment of this tax by the Buyer.

If you are not present when your package is delivered and it is left at a relay point, you have a limited time to collect it. 
If you still have not collected your package within the allotted time, the package will be destroyed. No refund, or any other compensation, may be requested from KL SPORTSWEAR by the Buyer.

To reschedule a delivery in these cases, you must contact us by email contact@klsportswear.com indicating the situation.


RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contact@klsportswear.com and send us your item to: KL SPORTSWEAR, 2 avenue des plage Pérols, France

To make a return, please contact us by email before proceeding. Youmust also provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer or to the address indicated without contacting us.


Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)
*Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record that has been opened.
*Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Gifts

Shipping
To return a product, you must send it by post to: KL SPORTSWEAR, 2 avenue des plage Pérols, France.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from this.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you returned the item.
