DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are counted in business days from the date of order validation, provided that the shipping address has been correctly entered.
The shipping time is 24-48 hours.
On average, delivery takes 7 to 15 days in France, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
For deliveries outside these countries, please allow 20 to 30 business days.
Orders placed on www.klsportswear.com on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on a public holiday (excluding weekends) will be processed on the next business day.
If, at the time of payment, you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, leading to an error in delivery by the carrier, no refund or compensation can be claimed from KL SPORTSWEAR by the Buyer.
If the shipping company confirms that the package was delivered to your mailbox, no refund or compensation can be claimed from KL SPORTSWEAR. Please check with your local post office in case of loss or theft after delivery.
In some countries, customs fees may apply to the Buyer. These fees are set by customs authorities, and KL SPORTSWEAR is not responsible for their payment. The Buyer must settle these fees to receive their order.
No refund or compensation will be granted if the Buyer fails to pay the customs fees and the package is not delivered.
If you are not present at the time of delivery and your package is left at a pickup point, you have a limited time to collect it. If the package is not picked up within the given timeframe, it will be destroyed. No refund or compensation will be provided in this case.

RETURNS POLICY
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Returns are free for customers residing in the following countries: France, Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Netherlands, and Portugal. For all other countries, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated according to the current carrier rates.
Discounted or Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send an email to contact@klsportswear.com and return the item to:

Before initiating a return, please contact us by email and provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer or send it back without contacting us first.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Some products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Other non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care items
PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Certain cases where only a partial refund may be granted:
- Books with visible signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records that have been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank—processing times may cause delays in posting your refund.

SHIPPING RETURNS
To return a product, send it to:
KL SPORTSWEAR, 2 Avenue des Plages, Pérols, France.
Return shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If returning an item worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.
